The Three Lions Recall Bukayo Saka But Bellingham, Phil Foden & Jack Grealish Are Omitted
Bukayo Saka has scored a dozen goals in 44 games for England.
The national side have called up the Arsenal winger for next week's matches against Wales and Latvia, yet there's no spot for Bellingham, Foden or Jack Grealish.
Gunners attacker Bukayo Saka missed the previous qualifier wins over Andorra and Serbia due to a hamstring injury.
Saka recently returned for his club and found the net in their victory over the Greek side on Wednesday.
The England international comes in for Arsenal team-mate Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November because of a knee problem.
England meet Wales in a warm-up match at the national stadium this week before a World Cup qualifier in Riga on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will need a maximum of two more points from their final two matches against Albania and Serbia in November to qualify for the World Cup in North America.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah comes in for Newcastle United’s Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after sustaining a knee issue versus the Gunners recently.
Anderson and Spence, who earned their first England call-ups last month, keep their spots. Loftus-Cheek also keeps his spot, even with the recovery of Wharton.
The attacker has featured in just one game for Tuchel since taking over as national team boss, due to fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham missed the last England international camp as he recovered from shoulder surgery and has managed just one start for Real Madrid after coming back to fitness.
Foden was omitted from Tuchel's last England squad following a dip in performance and has been unable to force his way back, even with a strong start to the season with City.
The forward also misses out despite a revival in form with Everton. The 30-year-old has not featured for the national team since October 2024.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
Thomas Tuchel's latest England squad brings scrutiny to the players the head coach has left out rather than the players he has selected.
Jude Bellingham's exclusion may raise some eyebrows but the coach understandably feels there is no need to recall the Madrid midfielder.
Manchester City's Phil Foden and loanee Jack Grealish have both performed well at the start of the season.
The players Tuchel utilised in England's qualifying victories against Serbia and Andorra merit the reward of continuity.
It will bring regret that Arsenal's Madueke is not included due to injury.
Anderson has looked right at home at England senior level.
The England boss is a fan of Grealish, in particular, and also Foden.
One unexpected move, it comes in the exclusion of Palace’s Wharton.
The star, naturally, will be required in the future.
